I have a concealed cistern in my downstairs toilet which has been leaking when flushed for over 12 months. Several plumbers have had a look but failed to fix the problem. Over time the MDF skirting board and door surround has been damaged and so has the floor. I would like the leak repaired and the damaged skirting and floor replaced and possible the bathroom tiled. Approx size is 5 foot by 8 foot
