In 2003 a fence was erected between no5 and no3 by concent of both houses in 2021 the fence was blown down and the occupants of no3 claimed a meter of land inside no5 was theirs. I have since had a survey done to find the correct boundary and find it is a meter inside no3 I would like to know if I can claim this land
