Vehicles washer bottle motor has no operation upon arrival. Vehicle jacked up and was noticed no wheel arch liner present and wires had been chaffed on the road wheel. Wiring harness unplugged and test probe was connected to the plug to determine if any voltage was present. Test light showed no volts present. Further tracing up the wiring harness was don’t no breakages found until harness joined main loom. Stalk to relay operation is normal, relay can be heard clicking. Diagnosis- Problem most likely to be breakage in wire from relay in fuse box going to wiring harness. Advised auto electrician to determine where the breakage is.
