Sharps container supplied by yourselves (botox bottle, local anesthetic syringes etc.,) Clinical Waste (Bags supplied by yourselves) 1 x 30 litre Gypsum container 1 x Sanitary Bin Hazardous consignment note required for every collection We have a large yellow clinical bin in basement which will hold approx 8 + bags We would also require a weekly clinical waste collection, preferably same date and time every week. We are a 2 surgery clinic.
