Left foot is in agony after a long walk. I'm due to walk a marathon for a charity event this Saturday (15th) so need to work on it ASAP. Home visits would be preferable if possible as I don't have a car but can ask a friend for a lift if required. Based in Eynesbury Manor, St. Neots. I did an 18-mile walk yesterday and suddenly the inside of my foot, just below my ankle, is causing me agony to walk on. The feeling is similar to a twisted ankle, although there's no pain from the ankle itself. The is also a dark red patch on the skin where the soreness is.
