Hi there looking for a quote to do a Home report update as more than a few years old do not want to use original surveyor due to personal reasons so would you take on the refresh, looking for as cheap as possible please? cheers Mark

My condition survey is a much more detailed inspection of the building than the Home Report. I focus on surveys of traditional buildings (typically constructed pre 1919) with a view to producing a condition report of the building elements inspected. This would normally include roof, chimneys, rainwater disposal, walls and timber elements. My report is intended to help owners make informed decisions about repair and maintenance of their traditional building. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
