Hi, I'm just looking for some quick advice. I'm looking into franchising an education business that has been trading for 10years already in London and I'm looking to bring a franchise up into Wigan. I just want someone with a legal background to look over the business plan and documents with me to check everything is above board and to highlight any potential pitfalls of taking out the franchise. There are plenty of pitfalls taking a franchise if thats the focus - there are also equally positive benefits and that is all down to your circumstances. One thing i noticed is your franchisor should be helping you with this or informing you where to access these kind of support. That tells me you are already on your own? Unless you havent asked them?
