We're new tenants of a small 2 bed bungalow. It needs a full repaint - ceilings, walls, skirtings, covings, doors, frames. Some prep is required (a couple patches of old wallpaper to come down, minor holes & cracks, nothing major we've seen). Property is empty bar a couple folding chairs & we'd like to have it done ASAP before flooring or more furniture arrives.
