In Feb 2021 l hurt my back trying to move something heavy in the garden. Since then the pain can lessen and then come back strongly. At the moment the pain is bad and restricts movement and my ability to perform some tasks e.g. bending, stretching, getting up if l kneel down. The pain is mainly in the left side of my pelvis, my left hip and the pain is moving down my left leg. Using a tens machine helps manage the pain for a little while. I have seen my GP a couple of times but they didn't say what it was and prescribed pain killers but l don't see that as the answer so have not contacted them this time. I am 68 and over weight neither of which helps my situation.
