I am looking for someone to manage the common maintenance/repairs at a farmhouse and steadings, compromising 6 houses in Duntocher. This entails maintaining the approaching lane - fortnightly strimming/grass cutting, annual hedge trimming, monthly filling of potholes in lane, annual painting of small fence and weed killer in car parking area. Billing to be divided amongst 6 houses and the farmer who has access to the lane. I can furnish you with photographs of the area, the layout from the title deeds, and the burdens section of each of the houses involved showing their obligation to share in these costs.
