Closed Removal of MOT-expired Fiat Cinquacento from driveway

I need my recently-deceased brother-in-law's Fiat Cinquacento removed from his driveway before handing the flat keys back to the landlord. The MOT expired some time ago, and I doubt that it is driveable. It is on all four wheels, but there is no air in the tyres.
