Closed Wheelchair Repair

My wife has an Excel G-Explorer wheelchair. Both the large tyres have become very flat. I suspect they may have multiple punctures in them, so wanted the inner tubes replaced for both tyres. Anybody local able to do this? If you are able to pickup the wheelchair (I cannot drive) or are only a short walk away, even better. Thanks.
