I have a 2cm thick jute rug which is very badly stained by a lodger. Approximately 13 ft x 10ft in size. Liquid stains have passed through the rug, front to back, and also stained the wooden floor. It is bad! Im trying to find out if it is possible to remove these stains, and get a rough idea of what the cost would be, and how it would be cleaned. Thank you, Simon
