I want a transfer from sw8 2/3 bed flat 2 mins walk away from Vauxhall tube, rail and buses, to be near relatives and friends who live in DA146RD. As this is my only move late in my lifetime, it must be for 50-60 plus age to avoid as much noise as possible. I would prefer a brand new build bungalow but as that may be rare, I would consider anything else within reason but nearest to my friends. Thank you
