Have a ACER laptop, and a Toshiba laptop. Need completely wiping and Operating system re-installed. I am sure I have licence key for windows for ACER that is windows 7 AND TOSHIBA is windows 10. TOSHIBA is fully working on Windows 7 now, but very slow (I know this is a legacy O/S) ACER don't know, indeed not sure if HARDWARE working. Please could you Let me know to re-instal and make good assuming hardware is working. Not sure if you have basic system images to re-install etc? Thanks Nigel
