Hi there i am unable to charge my phone at the moment.Just put new battery in.the phone worked but when i put the wire in to the usb port on the phone to charge it up. it would not stay securely in it was very loose.I have tried six different chargers its not that tried different phone and sockets no issues there.I am no expert at all but i think it is definately to do with the little metal strip in the usb port.Can you please help.
