Closed Fence Installation and Gate Replacement

I have 15 brand new fence panels (6x6) and I am looking for a professional to replace the old ones. At the moment the old panels are sitting on brown bricks. Most of the post are already in concrete so no real need to dig into the ground. I would also want to replace the back gate with a new one.
