Residential property requires a wall removal and a support beam installed on the ground floor in a terrace property in St Thomas. We have been delayed in starting the work due to the exchange on the property taking longer than planned but now its complete I wanted to book a structural engineer in as soon as possible. I have already contacted Exeter Council and paid the building application fee and I have builder ready to complete the work but i am aware until I have had a structural engineer attend and plan the removal of the wall I cannot proceed.
