Looking at storing 40 pallets of Sloe Berries that would need to be kept at a temperature of -20C for a period of 1 - 2 years. There would be a regular delivery of Sloe Berries to maintain a minimum stock level, as stock would be removed during the year but only in batches of 10 pallets.
