I may have a private sale and will need a sollicitor to help out with all the legal matters. Please can you tell me: - if the private sale goes ahead, what do? How much will it cost? - if it goes via an estate agent, what route should I take? You were the sollicitors who dealt with my property back in 1988. I am the outright owner of my property. My house is a terraced house at 3 Thames Street, Chopwell, NE17 7DB. As a result of brexit, I decided I can no longer stay in the UK and have now moved to France. I am due to return on Sunday 4th April, so it would be useful to have at least one contact whilst I am still in Chopwell. Many thanks Frederique
