To whom it may concern: I am writing to you regarding buying or renting accommodation through your organisation. I am a key worker employed at an SEMH school in Brighton and through personal circumstances will shortly have to vacate the property where I’m living. I am not sure which is the best way forward regarding my housing requirements. Preferably, I would like to buy or part buy a property depending on my financial circumstances or alternatively rent.
