I believe my drive cable has a kink in it,i have a rockwood 21 webb mower,and the self propelled lever doesnt need to be pushed in and the wheels are automatically turning,and also when off the rear wheels do not roll back its almost as if the cogs inside are stuck ive tried to clean it out but to no avail is it working,can anyone shed some light or help please?
