We are looking to have a discussion about extending our bungalow. It has been up for sale for over 1 year and is not selling in current market. Our other option is to extend here due to growing family. We would like to discuss extending to add and extra bedroom, and extend kitchen to include a dining area. We also need to be able to understand the process in terms of costs etc to come to a decision as to whether to extend or continue to try and sell to buy bigger.
