Hi, I am 74 and my wife is 70, we have lived in Spain for 20 years, we have sold our property here and have 100,000 to invest in a new home in the Coleraine area, but, would need a small mortgage of up to 50,000. We have a pension income of around 22,000 p.a. is this possible?
