I'm wanting a raised flower bed made with sleepers. The property is nearly 3 years old and the garden was re turfed last September. The bed is to go on one side and half the end of the garden. The garden area is flat and there is easy access. I live in the Garstang area. Thanks for your help. Gavin Winney.
