Hi, I have been experiencing a lot of pain in the arch/heel of my foot for several months. Usually painful in the morning. However, over the past weeks it is constant pain. I felt a snap/pop while walking a I could barely walk. I want to urgent care, I was advised soft tissue damage. 2 weeks later I am still in a lot of pain.
