A fall backwards of a garden rockery on to a plant pot has caused me a lot of pain in my shoulder. I have been to A@E and been x-rayed and visited minor injuries clinic (2 weeks ago) I have still got pain but it has made a slight improvement. Would physio help speed the recovery?
