The tree work to which this consent relates shall be limited to: o Reduce the lateral branches on eastern side of the crown which are facing the property to suitable growth points by up to no more than 2m leaving a well-balance crown. o Remove the lowest branch on the northern side of the crown over the driveway back to the point of attachment leaving a good finishing cut. 3 The surgery to which this consent relates shall be carried out in accordance with BS 3998 'Recommendations for Tree Work' (2010). Where applicable, retained side shoots intended to form the new dominant shoot must be at least 30% of the diameter of the parent branch.
