Need help with probate for my wife’s aunt who died this morning (4am,1st March 2021). I am the executor of the will. The deceased had shares, premium bonds, ISAs, cash and bonds to the value of £200K+. Her house was part of a separate will but I believe her interest in it died with her. She was also involved in a settlor based discretionary trust.
