Hi, As a Company selling Artisan Italian food - we are looking to relocate from London to the Herts area, looking in particular at affluent towns such as Hitchin, Hertford, Letchworth, Welwyn - alongside keeping in mind - that we are selling high-end Italian food products, deli-style, requiring a demographic that understands the price point. In terms of space, we are looking to the following options: - between 800 and 1500 sq ft - possibly located in the center or affluent suburbs, but also suitable if located just on the outside of town, within an affluent area. - 24 hr access - Ideally a shop front shop with shuttered rear access for a van to load, with parking space for the van. - maximum budget of 1.5k to 1.6k p/mth, - 3 phase electric power. We are happy to consider all options, especially saving rental on premises that need refurbishment; and are keen to negotiate with the landlord, looking to invest in the long term. The Company owner has been in the Food Business since the early years of his career and is looking to relocate both his Business and personal accommodation. In effect, if the commercial property has separate living accommodation in the form of a flat above the Business premises - he would be very interested to take this on also. To give you a comparison, an ex butchers property in Hitchin Market Square that went quickly, would have been ideal – due to its location in an affluent busy market town with a broad demographic, its high level of footfall, due to its central location on Market days - and front and rear access. The rent can be higher – considering all facts, such as the premises conditions, location, refurbishment, investment etc. If you could please forward me a list of the properties you suggest suitable for our business.
