I want to convert a dining room into a bedroom - this will involve building a dividing wall - simple stud wall - to create the bedroom leaving a corridor to pass between the kitchen and conservatory. The length of the wall is 9 feet 5 inches. I would like a quote for the cost of building the wall to include a doorway into the new bedroom and minor electrical work so that there is a light switch inside the bedroom. Also please quote for skirting board to run along both the bedroom and hallway/ corridor lengths. I am due to move into the property which is in Grange over sands on 5th march and would ideally like some estimates for work so that i can arrange for the work to be done as soon as possible after moving in.
