Closed Toy Repair

I have an Original Woody & Buzz Lightyear and they are both in need of a little repair. Woody no longer talks but is other wise in good condition and Buzz, although he talks, his wings do not open fully and his helmet does not close properly. Can anyone assist with these repairs?
