Closed Wall Tie Investigation and Report

Hi, I need a specialist to inspect and report on the condition of the wall ties, I have cracks in the wall outside & similar cracks inside. I am in the process of trying to sell my property Surveyor one called this out as a possible issue so I’ve been as open about this as I can. Surveyor two seemed to think the remedial work had been done on the wall ties but they’d not completed the repair work on the cracks, which is why they are still there and the cracks inside have appeared in new plaster. Is this something you can assist me with at all please?
