Due to injuries at work. I have limited mobility in my right arm. Therefore lost muscle mass. GP said it was trapped nerve or torn rotator cuff on the shoulder. I still do light weight training to keep it active. I also have back pain, hunched over and pressure build up between my shoulder blades. Thank you.
