I am looking for a carer to help my nan. She currently has a sitter twice a week but we are looking to increase this with possible drop in visit's to help with morning and evening routine. She lives with her daughter who is unwell and struggling to cope with the day to day demands of a 92 year with various health conditions, including being registered blind, increasing mobility issues, requiring assistance for any 'knife and fork' meals as her co ordination is reducing. She suffers bouts of confusion and requires lots of reassurance.
