Legal advice on my sons father, has been in and out my sons life for years, harrasing me sending me abusive messages, threatening to get the social on me as my son fell behind with school work, he has ADHD which meant it wasnt easy for us to keep track as it causes distress at times. Also had my son at the weekend as we have that in place, he goes every second weekend, my son was crying wanting home after the abuse his father was giving him over school work.
