My workshop is breeze block construction and the size of a garage requires insulation throughout to make it warmer for me to use. It has a consumer unit, multiple lights and sockets which will require to be re-secured. A start date will be agreed between both parties. Once started the work should be completed within an agreed timeframe with the contractor working exclusively on this job. The estimate should detail the materials to be used and the methodology employed. Any preconditions to be detailed and agreed. Current Covid restrictions will need to be in use throughout the work.
