I am looking to buy a flat at Colonnade House, Sunbridge Road, BD1 2HQ. I would like to know the fair price of the properties at this location. Recent transactions were around 50,000 pounds. But I also notice that there is one selling for merely 10,000 pounds at auctions on Zoopla. What is the actual price? Thanks.
