I have a Citizen Eco Drive Watch which is about ten years old about two years ago I had it overhauld and it worked and kept perfect until now it has stopped completely I have tried to recharge it by leaving it on the window sill but to no effect i have tried to move the hands using the adjusting screw but it does not work.
