I need to build a house as per the plan approved. There is a 2 bedroom existing property. To be extended at 3 sides. One as per planning permission and the other 2 as per permitted development. It will add 2 receptions, one bedroom with ensuite and a utility room. Also the existing kitchen will be converted into office and the living room will become the kitchen. Please call me if you need further info or drawings to get the estimate done. I need the estimate as soon as possible I.e. no later than 5th Feb. Thanks
