Hi I’m looking for pork mince to use to make salami, it will need to be from a female pig as it cures better and tastes better, I was wondering how much it is per kilo. I’m looking to buy around 6 kilos a week approximately. I live in Welling so I’d like to know the price and if your able to obtain the pork that I require?
