Pain relief have excruiting Lower Pain in back left hip,thigh,leg and foot and toes. Cannot walk or weight bare. Been x-rayed no fractures. Osteoporosis and arthritis. Taking 30/500 cocodamol 2 every four hours with 400 brufen. 2.5ml oramorph. Need help please. A friend said try Chiropractor as sounds like a pinched nerve.
