We are trying relocate my nephew, named above, as he is currently living in a 3 bed council house in Halstead, and has just lost his mother, (my sister) 3 months ago, who had been caring for Richard for all of his 49 years, he has to leave the house soon as it will be required for a family Our family are mainly living in the Colchester area and would be able to help Richard as he is a vunerable adult, and can cope with basic skills and eventually be able to work, we have tried to find him a 1bed flat through the council but nothing has become available as yet. We would be very grateful for any assistance you can offer, we have his permission to assist him in this matter, he has no access to Internet unless he can use Braintree library, - which is closed due to covid, which is why I am contacting you, regards Pauline Mcgrath, thank-you.
