My wife and I are purchasing an apartment in Spain but obviously cannot travel at present. The POA has been prepared by our Spanish lawyer. We require a quote for the document to be authenticated by a notary, sent to foreign and commonwealth office and when returned by them forwarded to our lawyer in Spain. This is a joint POA in favour of my wife and I.
