• To internally deep clean all aspects of the kitchen grease extract system including the hood, filters, fan unit, and ductwork. • To undertake works utilising dry cleaning techniques in combination with chemical de-greasers and other specialist systems in accordance with B&ES (formally HVCA) guidance note TR/19; ‘Internal Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems’. • To fully disinfect the system using a broad-spectrum biocide to minimise the risk of microbiological contamination. • To issue a pre and post clean report, including photographic records and wet film thickness tests to demonstrate the effectiveness of the cleaning procedure. • To issue certificates in confirmation of the works that has been undertaken.
