Hi Hope you are well, could you kindly give me a quote for a structure engineer to look at a property am buying in the Cadishead area of Manchester, its a 3 bedroom detached and I’ve found a large crack In the plaster of one of the bedrooms, its still under NHBC but would be quicker if l got a structure engineer on it for a peace of mind.
