Understanding Spanish will and English made in Spain i am an executor i need to know if i have to go to Spain when my Aunt dies as i am only executor to the English will . I have a list of house contents left to people who deals with that , where would i get a death certificate from . Can the solicitor in Spain deal with things without me flying out or not ? Can you read and understand and read a Spanish will ?
