I have a need for some design drawings (for a building warrant and, possibly, planning) for some minor works to a house in Burrelton. It is a 19th c. property with solid stone external walls. The intended works include: - a new utility room addition; - partial removal of a thick, load-bearing, stone wall, to open up the kitchen/dining room; - raising the level of one kitchen window sill; and - replacement of a sun room flat roof with a slated mono-pitched roof.
