To whom it may concern, I would like to obtain a written quote for the cost of scaffolding the entire property for a period of 6 weeks. This is a building containing 4 flats. This scaffolding request complies with the demands of the shared freeholders in order to properly obtain quotes and information regarding the water ingress in three out of the four flats in the building prior to the start of any works carried out as different quotes have highlighted different areas of problems. I appreciate the water ingress with the current weather is an urgent issue that needs to be dealt with and hopefully quick scaffolding will be appreciated.
