Closed Zanussi (integrated) washing machine - NEED REPAIR ASAP

We have a Zanussi (integrated) washing machine - the drum not spinning, after a full cycle the clothes at the bottom of the machine are soaking wet and at the top are still dry. Would be very grateful to have this fixed asap as medical needs mean the machine gets used a lot.
